Intro Post

Third post in one day. Ohsnap. Here's my obligatory intro post for my circle/access list/subscribers.

Nineteen years old and extremely liberal. Total night owl but doesn't stay up partying, instead stays up online. Lives in California and goes to local community college. Hopes to major in either graphic design or architecture. Voted "most likely to miss school for a concert" in high school. Total grammar snob but can't spell. Thinks iPods are overrated. I love Sarah Dessen! My favourites were "Keeping the Moon" and "This Lullaby".

GAAAH, ME TOO. That book was the cutest thing ever. ;; Wanted a pet monkey for his birthday but got a dog instead and named it Monkeyyyy. I named my kitten in Brazil Monkey just because of that. ;_; ♥

ME TOO. Omg. ;; I loved him! I love how Gemma stayed so strong throughout the entire series -- she never really let a man sway her path too much, or... whatever. ;_; And her sense of humour was amazing.

Yeah, she was a really great protagonist. Although I would've loved more Kartik/Gemma loving. XD I GUESS THAT'S WHAT FANFICTION IS FOR.

I didn't realize we listened to so much of the same music! I added you on last.fm, where our compatibility is "super", haha. :)

Also, awesome, you like good movies. Except A Clockwork Orange pissed me off. But other than that, hah, awesome! I Am Sam is probably one of my favorite movies of all time. Not more than the Nightmare Before Christmas, though!

What pissed you off about A Clockwork Orange? I loved it, I really want to read the book. I Am Sam is really high up on my list of favorite movies, it gets me every time.

I loved it up until the second half... I don't know, it just made me mad how things played out. When Alex just gave in to the treatments and became completely good, it was like, come on, fight back! People keep telling me to give it another chance, but I don't know. :( I'm planning on reading the book sometime, so maybe I'll like that better.
